Yup. The Yankees-Boston game that ended just a few hours ago. Why do the Yankees even toy with the Red Sox? Why let them back in the game? It will just be pure torture when the curse continues to live and shows its face tomorrow (or rather later today, since it's past midnight already).
I can't tell who sucks more. Manny Ramirez's defense or everything about Tony Clark. Well, the Yankees won't have either of them next season ...

Sumi Retreat
This past weekend, Sumisibol, the non-profit org where my husband is current Exec. Director, had a retreat with Board and staff.
What can I say? It was useful. It was tiring and irritating. It was rejuvenating. It was hard work. It was long overdue. It was important.
We rewrote the mission. Identified core values. Adopted work norms. Diagnosed various aspects of the group. Established some basic goals and immediate actions we need to take.
Big dreams require extraordinary commitment and work. That's for sure.
